Five years ago when I arrived back in San Bene, I inquired the City of San Benito if it had a City Master Plan and I was informed that one was being prepared. I guess they are finally getting around to actually do a Comprehensive Master Plan.

Incidentally, I was also informed at the same time that an "Ethics/Conflict of Ordinance" was also in the works. Five years later it still has not be adopted. It is written but the Mayor refuses to put it on the agenda for action.
