When you vote "inexperienced people", you have to spend tax dollars to train them on what they were elected for, proper meeting protocol, ethics, etc.

SB continues with its decline.
We've voted out all the educated,experienced professionals and gave our barrio buddies a chance and this is what we get. Beginning with the mayor ...to the school board. Meanwhile the city is a mess. You don't have to look hard. It use to be you had to look to find the bad areas now you have to look hard to find the nice areas.
