If you are reading this, please do a "Sound Check" on the sound system to insure it is working properly, before the meeting commences.
It has become rather embarrassing when the microphones don't function properly and the City has visitors from outside the city do presentations or speeches and have to use the Mayor's microphone! Very unprofessional!
Just a little constructive criticism!
