The administration in the City of San Benito is sorely lacking any common sense. These Winter Texans have a suite/apartment that is part of the Stonewall Jackson Hotel but is separate from the Hotel. It has its own private address and entrance. The only thing it shares with the Stonewall is the floor.

They have invested thousands of dollars into the suite but now are being denied entrance because the assistant City Manager, Mr. Art Rodriguez, wants to show the owner of the Stonewall Hotel who the boss is.

With this attitude toward the Winter Texans, unfortunately the city will remain stagnated as it is.
