I hear that they NEW City Charter will be in picture panels so they can color them in with CRAYOLAS !
There is nothing wrong with the wording of the current existing City Charter. It is in "Plain English" that a High School graduate would understand it!Picture panels would be a great suggestion....MAYOR + Taxes Not Paid = Mayor No More
